D2L will be unavailable to users on Sunday, August 3, 2014 from 5AM - 9AMto move from our failover environment back to production. If the work and testing are completed sooner than expected, D2L will be brought up early.
The D2L QA environment will be refreshed on Monday, June 9, 2014. Any work that has been performed in QA since the last refresh (March 25, 2014) will be overwritten by the course data and files that exist in D2L Production as of June 9. The duration of the downtime will be from approximately 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Please inform your faculty who actively use QA about the refresh.
2:15PM: The planned maintenance is complete and all services are operational.
Due to enterprise system maintenance starting at 8:00 am on Sunday, June 1, 2014, ISRS/eServices applications, as well as all StarID self-service functions will be unavailable. The system is expected to be fully available by 3:00 pm.
STUDENT IMPACT: During this time, some of the activities students will not be able to perform are as follows: submit applications, search for classes, register, pay for classes, or change StarID password. Other activities may be impacted, as well.
STAFF/FACULTY IMPACT: All student, faculty, and administrative applications will be affected, including eServices (web registration, class schedule, web grades, web payment, student housing, etc.). System databases and applications such as APPL, HR-SCUPPS, Finance, Accounting, Student Housing, Student Payroll, EPM 11 reporting, campus CAP server connectivity, etc., will not be available.
StarID-authenticated applications, such as Desire2Learn, will not be affected by this maintenance.
