REPORTED AS STABLE AS OF 12:45 PM ON 8/4/2015 (we will continue to monitor).
We are currently working to resolve reported issues with ISRS administrative applications that are slow or non-responsive. Although this is primarily affecting Uniface, it could potentially affect web applications and/or eServices.
This is being handled with the highest of priority, and we will provide another update as soon as this is resolved.
D2L will be unavailable to users on Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 5AM - 9AM to move from our failover environment back to our production environment. If the work and testing are completed sooner than expected, D2L will be brought up early.
This was completed at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 7/16/2015.
The Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) will be upgraded starting Wednesday July 15th @ 9:30 PM. This is a significant upgrade that will require an outage of the DARS functionality during the upgrade. Users will be unable to access the DARS functionality within e-Services, ISRS and Military Credit Transfer (VETS) between 9:30 PM, July 15th and 10:00 AM, July 16th.
This outage will affect Administrative Staff, Students and Faculty who desire to run a Degree Audit Report during the outage period. All DARS functionality will be restored by 10:00 AM on July 16th and at that time Administrative Staff, Students and Faculty will be able to access the Degree Audit Reports and Military Credit Transfer (VETS) as they did prior to the upgrade.
D2L QA will be unavailable on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from approximately 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM for a full refresh. Any work that has been performed in QA since the last refresh (March 27, 2015) will be overwritten by the course data and files that exist in D2L Production as of June 16.
Please inform your faculty who actively use QA about the refresh.
