If you are attempting to get to the D2L login page, and are seeing this status page instead, you will need to reset your browser cache and possibly reset your modem and your router.
1. Instructions for resetting browser cache are at FAQ 1217 .
2. To reset your cable/DSL modem and your WiFi router: You may have two devices for providing you with internet service. One connects from the cable line or phone line and this device is typically connected to your WiFi router. You will need to unplug both devices from the power cable and leave unplugged for at least one minute. After this plug them back in and allow up to two minutes for the devices to connect back to the internet.
After completing the resets, go to your school website and use the D2L link to log in to D2L.
If after following these steps you still cannot get to the D2L login page, please contact the MnSCU D2L Service Center at http://d2l.custhelp.com
The eFolioMN application is currently offline while we move it from one hosting provider to another. We expect this move to be over at or before 6:00 a.m. Monday, November 18. Check www.eFolio.com for the most up-to-date information.
Update: At approximately 10:30 PM, Wednesday, November 13, MN.IT Services experienced a statewide network outage impacting multiple agencies.
MN.IT staff were able to resolve the Critical-1 issue by 3:10 AM. MN.IT Central will continue to monitor the issue. As part of a Critical-1 procedure, root cause analysis will be conducted and steps take to mitigate future occurences.
D2L QA will be unavailable on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 for a full refresh of data and files.
Any work that has been performed in QA since the last refresh (September 11, 2013) will be overwritten by the course data and files that exist in D2L Production as of November 6. Please let your faculty know about the refresh.
