On Sunday, Oct. 19 from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM the ISRS Portal web
application will be disabled; during this time people will not be able
to access Web Registration and E-payment applications. We will be
using this downtime to perform Oracle data type changes in preparation
for the RDB to Oracle project.
