2009-05-03 04:45pm: One of the servers required for ISRS and eServices had a hardware component failure during the outage. HP service has been called. We have no estimate of when ISRS and eServices will be available.
2009-05-03 11:45am: The cooling system repairs were successful. Applications will start becoming available at 1pm.
2009-05-03 04:00am: The cooling system repair at the West Bank Datacenter has begun. All Enterprise Applications are currently unavailable. As planned, the shutdown began at 4am and is expected to last no longer than 6pm. Applications affected include ISEEK, DARS, CAS, eFolio, Desire2Learn, ISRS, eServices, CEB, Resource 25, RARE, Media Streaming, APPS, Lyris Mailing Lists and other miscellaneous applications.
