
Planned System Maintenance: 28-Dec-2011 7:00 p.m.-2:00 a.m. 29-Dec-2011
ISRS production applications, which also affects eServices, U.Direct, U.Select and U.Achieve, will be unavailable due to system maintenance starting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28th. The system is expected to be available by 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 29th.
STUDENT IMPACT: During this time, some of the activities students will not be able to perform are as follows: submit applications, search for classes, register, or pay for classes. Other activities may be impacted, as well.
STAFF/FACULTY IMPACT: All student, faculty, and administrative applications will be affected, including eServices (web registration, class schedule, web grades, web payment, student housing, etc.). System applications such as HR-SCUPPS, Finance, Accounting, Student Housing, Student Payroll, etc., will not be available.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Production batch jobs normally scheduled during the down time hours (7:00 p.m. today, 12/28/2011 until 2:00 a.m. tomorrow, 12/29/2011), have been rescheduled for your next scheduled run. For example, if the job normally runs Monday/Wednesday, the job will run on Monday, since it was not able to be run during the down time hours.
