D2L system maintenance to increase disk space will continue for the next few weeks, with short downtimes in the early morning to cause the least disruption to D2L users.

Please notify D2L users at your school of these scheduled downtimes:

Sunday June 3 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am

Tuesday June 5 from 5:00 am - 7:00 am

Thursday June 7 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am

Sunday June 10 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am cancelled

Tuesday June 12 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am cancelled

Thursday June 14 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am cancelled

Sunday June 17 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am cancelled

We anticipate that this work project will be completed by June 17. Thanks for your assistance in informing users.

Update: The June 10, 12, 14, 17 maintenance for this project has been postponed until a later date to be announced later.

Beginning the week of May 27, 2012, D2L system maintenance will be performed to increase disk space. This work will take place over a period of weeks, with short downtimes in the early morning to cause the least disruption to D2L users.

Please notify D2L users at your school of the first week of scheduled downtimes:

Sunday May 27 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am

Tuesday May 29 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am

Thursday May 31 from 5:00 am - 6:00 am

As the disk expansion work continues, we will notify you of additional downtimes. We expect this work to be completed by July 1.

2012-05-20, 5:00-7:00 AM Planned System Maintenance

Due to enterprise system maintenance starting at 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 20, applications such as ISRS, eServices, D2L, U.Direct, U.Select, U.Achieve, Fundware, and Hyperion/Brio systems may not be available due to rolling outages.  The system is expected to be fully available by 7:00 a.m..

STUDENT IMPACT: During this time, some of the activities students will not be able to perform are as follows: submit applications, search for classes, register, or pay for classes.  Other activities may be impacted, as well.

STAFF/FACULTY IMPACT: All student, faculty, and administrative applications will be affected, including eServices (web registration, class schedule, web grades, web payment, student housing, etc.). System databases and applications such as APPL, REPL, HR-SCUPPS, Finance, Accounting, Student Housing, Student Payroll, etc., will not be available.
