
Update: 4:10 PM Sun Jan 6. The hardware failure problem experienced during startup has a workaround in place that provides full functionality with limited redundancy. Hardware parts will be sent to the MnSCU technical team and the problem will be resolved during the next maintenance window. We have resumed testing of the applications and services and will send out another update at 6:00 PM today.

Update: 2:35 PM Sun Jan 6. We are experiencing technical issues related to hardware failure during the MnSCU Enterprise Systems startup. The technical team is working with HP and other stakeholders to isolate the problems and resolve them as soon as possible. This hardware problem has significantly impacted our planned schedule of restarting the applications and services. The exact time of completion is unknown at this time. Our next up date will be at 4:00 PM.
Update: 11:50 AM Sun Jan 6. The MnSCU Enterprise startup is on schedule!
The shutdown procedures of all applications and services of MnSCU enterprise systems affected by the regularly scheduled annual data center maintenance by the University of Minnesota are complete. The shutdown team will be coming back tomorrow morning Sunday the 6th of January to restart the applications and services that are affected. We will continue to update the status web page here http://status.mnscu.edu for the shutdown on a regular basis, please refer to the status page for any new updates during and after the shutdown.
