D2L Brightspace will be unavailable to users on Saturday, August 6, 2016 between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. when we fail back to our D2L Production environment. If less time is needed to perform the failback, D2L will be brought back online sooner.
D2L Brightspace will be unavailable to users on Saturday, July 30, 2016 between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. when we fail over from our D2L Production environment to our Failover environment.
This is an annual routine failover to test the integrity and reliability of our failover procedure so we can be prepared in the event of an emergency. D2L Brightspace will be unavailable from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 3, 2016. This downtime is required to perform maintenance work on the SQL server in our self-hosted environment. NOTE: There will be no changes to D2L Brightspace software, which is currently at version 10.5.6.
