Please be aware that the following applications: all ISRS student, faculty and administrative applications, Web Registration, eApplication and the Oracle database, will be unavailable on Saturday, November 7 from 2:00 AM - 7:00 AM. We will be using this time to prepare for the cut over to a new Itanium VMS server.
During this time students will not be able to submit applications, search for classes, register, or pay for classes. System applications such as HR-SCUPPS, Finance, Accounting, Student Housing, Student Payroll, etc., will not be available.
Applications that are NOT affected include ISEEK, DARS, CAS, CEB, Resource 25, RARE, Media Streaming, APPS, IAM, eFolio, Fundware and other miscellaneous applications.
Note that Desire2Learn will be upgraded to version 8.4.1 starting Friday at 10pm through Saturday at 10am. in a maintenance window that overlaps this outage. For more information on the D2L upgrade, see this announcement.

MnSCU eServices application is experiencing performance problems affecting on line course registration. Developers and database personnel are working on the problem. There is no estimated resolution time.
ISRS and eServices are currently available and running normally.
ISRS eServices and web applications were unavailable from 11:55 to 13:30. The outage was caused by a database file system error. The file system was recovered. No data was lost.
