Due to enterprise system maintenance starting at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2016, ISRS/eServices applications will be unavailable or reduced. Systems are expected to be fully available by 9:00 a.m.
STUDENT IMPACT: During this time, some of the activities students will not be able to perform are as follows: submit an application, search/register/pay for classes, and other eServices functions.
STAFF/FACULTY IMPACT: Faculty and administrative web applications will be affected, including eServices, eTimesheet, faculty portal, etc. ISRS Uniface Client/Server and ISRS Batch Processing for the Northern region institutions will also be impacted.
System databases and applications such as APPL, HR-SCUPPS, Finance, Accounting, Student Housing, and Student Payroll will also not be available.
D2L Brightspace will be unavailable from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 3, 2016. This downtime is required to perform maintenance work on the SQL server in our self-hosted environment. NOTE: There will be no changes to D2L Brightspace software, which is currently at version 10.5.6.
A MnSCU data center located inside the University of Minnesota is scheduled to be shut down for annual maintenance starting at 6 a.m. on Saturday, January 9. All systems are expected to be fully functional by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 10.
