The D2L Brightspace upgrade to version 10.4.10 will take place May 29-30, 2015. D2L will be unavailable to users from 10:00 p.m. Friday, May 29 through approximately 12:00 p.m. (noon)Saturday, May 30, 2015.
Due to enterprise system maintenance starting at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 8, 2015, ISRS/eServices applications and StarID self-service functions will be unavailable. Systems are expected to be fully available by 8:00 a.m.
STUDENT IMPACT: During this time, some of the activities students will not be able to perform are as follows: submit an application, search/register/pay for classes, and other eServices functions, as well as use change/forgot StarID password or manage profile via the StarID Self-Service page at starid.mnscu.edu.
STAFF/FACULTY IMPACT: Faculty and administrative eServices applications will be affected, including web registration, class schedule, web grades, web payment, student housing, etc. System databases and applications such as APPL, HR-SCUPPS, Finance, Accounting, Student Housing, and Student Payroll will not be available.
D2L QA will be unavailable on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 from approximately 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM for a full refresh. Any work that has been performed in QA since the last refresh (January 20, 2015) will be overwritten by the course data and files that exist in D2L Production as of February 3.
Please inform your faculty who actively use QA about the refresh.
