The brief disruptions of certain MnSCU hosted systems between 6:00 A.M – 8:00A.M. on Sunday Jan 26th, to perform system maintenance needed to improve services reliability for the systems hosted in WBOB was cancelled.
D2L will be unavailable on Sunday, January 19, 2014 from 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM to perform database maintenance on the D2L system. Performing this maintenance ensures optimal D2L performance for users in the busy period at semester start up.
Update: D2L was back up and available to users by 8:29 AM.
The D2L QA environment will be refreshed on Thursday, January 2, 2014. Any work that has been performed in QA since the last refresh (November 6, 2013) will be overwritten by the course data and files that exist in D2L Production as of January 2.
Please inform your faculty who actively use QA about the refresh.
D2L QA will be unavailable during the refresh process, starting Thursday, January 2 at approximately 7:00 AM and continuing until mid afternoon.
If you are attempting to get to the D2L login page, and are seeing this status page instead, you will need to reset your browser cache and possibly reset your modem and your router.
1. Instructions for resetting browser cache are at FAQ 1217 .
2. To reset your cable/DSL modem and your WiFi router: You may have two devices for providing you with internet service. One connects from the cable line or phone line and this device is typically connected to your WiFi router. You will need to unplug both devices from the power cable and leave unplugged for at least one minute. After this plug them back in and allow up to two minutes for the devices to connect back to the internet.
After completing the resets, go to your school website and use the D2L link to log in to D2L.
If after following these steps you still cannot get to the D2L login page, please contact the MnSCU D2L Service Center at http://d2l.custhelp.com
The eFolioMN application is currently offline while we move it from one hosting provider to another. We expect this move to be over at or before 6:00 a.m. Monday, November 18. Check www.eFolio.com for the most up-to-date information.
