D2L has run a script to fix the Content file viewing issue. Initial tests are displaying files as expected, with no blanks or errors.

UPDATE: 11:45 AM Monday, June 3
Our MnSCU D2L team and the D2L Canada tech team have found some clues, but no root cause or resolution yet. We will continue to keep you posted on the progress of the investigation.
As suggested by one of our campus admins, teachers can re-upload files to Content as a temporary workaround. (See Ken Graetz’s (Winona) youtube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TEFPD8ErrU&feature=youtu.be )

UPDATE: Monday morning we are still experiencing this issue. Our MnSCU D2L team and our D2L Canada technical team are investigating.
D2L Issue Viewing Content Files Started on Sunday, June 2
Some users are unable to view and/or download some D2L Content files. It is not affecting all courses. We are working on the issue. Thank you for your patience.
